Star Micronics CD4-1416 & CD4-1616 Cash Drawers
The Star Micronics CD4 series of Cash Drawers are designed for use in various Point of Sale applications. The CD4 series feature a reinforced steel body, which can support up to 30kg on top of the drawer.
The CD4-1416 is a medium size and includes a tray insert with 4 notes and 8 coins. It offers ample space for coins and banknotes while also allowing for extra counter space if needed.
On the other hand, the CD4-1616 is a larger drawer with a 4 note, 8 coin tray insert, with 2 additional trays for storing larger items like vouchers or receipts. This offers more cash storage to suit your needs.
You can use the lock and key that comes with the CD4 series to securely lock the cash inside. With support for automatic drawer opening over serial cable, tendering a cash transaction has never been more quick, convenient and secure. The drawer opens smoothly and is able to withstand over one million openings over its lifetime.
