Zebra ZD421 Direct Thermal Label Printer
The Zebra ZD421 is an advanced desktop label printer that delivers the features, flexibility, reliability and security users need now and in the future. Whether you need to print labels, tags, receipts or tickets, this printer can handle it all with ease. Featuring Zebra’s exclusive Print DNA software toolset, it is easy to setup, operate, manage and maintain, both onsite and remotely.
The 421 is available with a range of connectivity options, including traditional wired connections such as USB, Serial and Ethernet. Models are also available with WiFi and Bluetooth, offering a convenient and modern solution to printing labels.
The printer supports both EPL and ZPL printer languages, and can emulate other printer brands using Zebra’s Virtual Devices software. This makes the ZD range compatible with most common EPOS software on the market.
The ZD421 is designed to handle advancing technology and be ready for what’s next. It features a maximum print width of 108 mm and a maximum roll diameter of 127 mm. It prints at a speed of up to 102 mm per second is available with a printing resolution of resolution of either 203 dpi or 300 dpi (12 dots/mm). With 256MB of RAM and 512MB of storage, it is 30% more powerful than the previous ZD420 Series. Its black mark sensor and gap sensor allow for automatic media detection, making the setup process so significantly easier.
This printer has support for use with OpSuite Retail Management System.
