Select –
Access around-the-clock support with the Zebra OneCare Select plan. Get all of the elements included in the Zebra OneCare Essential plan, PLUS 24/7 live-agent telephone support and next-business-day, ‘like new’ device replacement pre-loaded with your settings, software, apps and OS and LifeGuard versions for a device that’s ready-to-use right out of the box.
- OneCare Select: Advanced Replacement – 3 or 5 year term, always including comprehensive coverage.
Special Value –
Zebra Special Value provides essential hardware protection to ensure consistent device availability and operational uptime. This plan includes live technical support, five day repair turnarounds, software security updates and access to cloud based repair visibility reports.
- OneCare Special Value: 5 day return to base – 2 or 3 year term, optional comprehensive coverage.
