SNBC Herald Kitchen Alarm System

The SNBC Herald kitchen alarm system will announce the arrival of an order at the printer. This is by means of an optical (flash light) or acoustic (beep or ring) signals or by both of them. These are triggered by a pulse from the cash-drawer-kick-out.

Depending on the kind of order (new order or order change) the type of signal, the intensity and frequency can be programmed by the user.

  • Programmable sounds (tones and levels)
    Programmable levels flash-light
    Can be used for printers equipped with a cash-drawer-kick-out function

The SNBC BTP-R180II , BTP-R880 & BTP-M300 have mounting holes to support the Herald, but it will work with SNBC’s wide range of printers that suit a wide range of retail and hospitality markets, you can view the range here.
