Newland Service Plans for MT93 Standard
Protect your Newland MT93 Standard beyond its standard two-year warranty with a plan designed for its working life. Choose an extended warranty for faults, or comprehensive service for broader protection against everyday wear and certain accidental damage.
Key Features:
- Extended warranty cover: Adds protection against device malfunctions beyond the standard warranty period. It does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
- Comprehensive service: Covers component failures and specified parts, including the housing, display, touch panel, scan window and triggers or switches.
- Everyday wear protection: Comprehensive service also covers certain wear, such as scratched scan windows and displays or worn charging contacts.
- Accidental damage cover: The comprehensive plan can cover eligible accidental damage, subject to Newland’s service terms and limitations.
- Repair turnaround: Newland states a five-business-day turnaround at its service centre after receiving the device.
