Give your Epson ColorWorks C4000e added service cover with a CoverPlus plan that suits the way your business works. Choose On-Site support or Return-to-Base repairs, then select a 3, 4 or 5-year term. These base plans suit both C4000e BK and MK models.

- On-Site service: An Epson representative attends your site and may repair the printer, swap it or take it to a service centre.
- Return-to-Base service: Return the printer to an authorised Epson service centre if it develops a fault.
- Flexible cover terms: Choose 3, 4 or 5 years of service, with both service types available.
- On-Site response target: Epson aims to attend within 2 working days, depending on your location and the issue.
- Repair-centre target: Epson aims to repair returned products within 5 working days of receipt. Transport time is excluded.
