Choose On-Site service for support at your premises, or Return-to-Base service through an Epson service centre. With 3, 4 and 5-year terms available, you can select the service route and period that suit your printer setup.

- Return-to-Base service: Send or take your printer to an authorised Epson service centre for repair.
- Three service terms: Choose from 3, 4 or 5 years of cover.
- On-Site response target: Epson aims to attend within 2 working days, depending on your location and the issue.
- Repair-centre target: Epson aims to repair products at its service centre within 5 working days of receipt. Transport time is excluded.
