Keep your Epson ColorWorks C3500 covered with a CoverPlus service plan that suits your business. Choose repair at an Epson service centre, support at your premises or an on-site swap. Each option gives you access to Epson-authorised service if your printer needs attention.
Key Features:
- Three, Four or Five-Year Terms: Select a 3-year plan, or extend Return-to-Base cover to 4 or 5 years.
- Return-to-Base Plans: Send your printer to an Epson service centre for repair. Epson aims to complete repairs within five working days of receiving the printer.
- On-Site Plan: An Epson representative can repair your printer at your premises or take it to a service centre. If needed, Epson may also swap it. The target is an on-site visit within two working days. This plan covers three years or 200 km of printing, whichever comes first.
- On-Site Swap Plan: Epson aims to send an engineer within two working days to swap your faulty printer for a refurbished unit.
