AURES Magnetic Card Reader

The AURES magnetic card reader, also called a magstripe reader (MSR), is a hardware device that reads the information encoded in the magnetic stripe located on the back of a plastic card.

Magnetic stripe readers can be read by EPoS software through a serial port , USB connection or keyboard wedge connection. They can be used to to read and process staff cards, loyalty cards and gift cards with a single swipe.

AURES magnetic card readers are available for a wide range of AURES systems. This includes the YUNO II, NINO III & TRX 3000.
